Situated half a mile from Robin Hoods Bay on the B1447 (RHB toWhitby Road) overlooking the picturesque bay with views of the sea, moors and country.  Comfortable and homely with gas central heating to accommodate no more than six persons. 

Ground floor:
Comfortable living room, coloured television with teletext; kitchen with full sized cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer; walk-in pantry; bathroom, toilet and shower.

First floor:
Bedroom 1 - Double bed
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds
Bedroom 3 - One four foot bed 

A sofa bed and cot are also provided.  All gas and electric is metered (£1 coins).  Bed linen (sheets), towels or table linen are not provided.  Quilt covers and pillow cases are.

Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in the cottage.  Please state if a pet is coming on holiday with you.

Deposit required £50 per week/£25 per weekend.  Balance due one month in advance of arrival date, full balance payable if cancelled within one month of arrival date and cannot be re-let.

Available from 2pm on the arrival day and 
vacated by 10am on the departure day
